I’m a creative, peer worker, and advocate whose work is shaped by lived experience, honesty, and a strong belief in community care. I grew up navigating instability, housing insecurity, and mental health challenges, and those experiences continue to inform how I move through the world and how I support others.
For a long time, survival was my main focus. Over time, with the right supports and a lot of persistence, I was able to build stability, reconnect with myself, and start imagining a future that felt safe and meaningful. That journey has given me a deep understanding of how systems work, and often how they don’t, especially for people living with disability, trauma, or ongoing mental health distress.
Today, I use my experiences alongside formal training to support others through peer work, creative projects, and community-based roles. I value spaces that are accessible, non-judgemental, and grounded in real understanding. Whether through storytelling, music, advocacy, or support work, I aim to create connection and remind people that they are not broken for responding to difficult circumstances.
This website is a place where I share parts of my story, my work, and the things that matter to me. If you’re here because you’re curious, looking for connection, or trying to understand experiences that are often misunderstood, you’re welcome here.
